The Nelson Mountain Bike Club maintains a large network of trails, runs local club events, national events and international events. With over 3500 members we need help from time to time managing projects, events and trail builds. Any tenders for trail building and maintenance will be listed here as well as any current work vacancies.
We are looking for a Trails portfolio holder to join the NMTBC Committee. Joining the committee offers a great opportunity to have a seat on a committee that makes important decisions for around 3000 members, it is also an opportunity to give back to a community you know and love. The Trails Portfolio holder works closely with stakeholders, contractors, and the Club Manager to manage the trail network maintenance and repairs as well as assist with the planning and designing of new trails.

We are looking for a secretary to join the NMTBC Committee. Joining the committee offers a great opportunity to have a seat on a committee that makes important decisions for around 3000 members, it is also an opportunity to give back to a community you know and love. The club secretary needs to be passionate about biking in Nelson and have strong administration skills. They will be responsible for recording minutes at committee meetings and will help develop reports and club-related correspondence.
