Kia Ora! The NMTBC App has undergone a transformation to be better and more functional than ever!
To keep your membership current (and get all the benefits of membership), you must download and install a new app to your device – this is not just an update. The old App is red. The new App is white.

All of your member information will be in the new app ready to go, so it’ll be easy as! Please note that if you have not registered family members under the old App, they will not come through to the new App. Don’t panic! This will all be rectified when you renew your membership, but if you have any concerns, please contact us.
It’s really important that you follow the process to change over to the the new app as soon as you can, otherwise you will miss notifications from us and you won’t be able to access any of the great deals and discounts that being a member gives you. The new app will work with iOS 15.
