Downhill Dig Day- Cable Bay DH

Who doesn’t love a good Tickle-Up and creating new lines on an epic Dh trail?!
NMTBC in association with Cable Bay Adventure Park sure does, and to feed this desire we are running a Pre-Race Dig Day a few weekends before Round 3 of our Top of the South Downhill Series. We all love new lines (helped out by the CBAP dig crew) and Tickle-ups are important to ensure that the track is running safely before the race and allows a bit of quality control (aka Shuttles!) to be completed. So if you are a fan of tickles, are planning to partake in the DH Series this year, or are just into digging dirt, please join us on Sunday, May 23rd to tidy up Cable Bay DH!
- Carpooling will happen from the Nelson iSite (77 Trafalgar Street) at 8.30am. If you can transport some people, meet there with your vehicle. If you need a ride out to Cable Bay, meet there with your positive attitude!
- Otherwise coralling at the Cable Bay cafe at 9am.
- Digging until the trail is epic, and then doing some casual shuttles.
- Diggers will get 2 shuttle runs for free.
Bring gloves, food, water, tunes and positive tickling vibes!
Feel free to bring the family along also, whilst your digging they can experience a range of activities, utilise the on-site café or immerse themselves in nature, with options rain or shine.
