“With some of the country’s best riding on our doorstep, I am excited to be able to support the mountain bike community in the top of the south.
This means, not only are the Members of the club getting an incredible deal, but I am also making a cash contribution for every sale which goes towards trail maintenance, event organisation or access.”

“We know the media is giving out a lot of doom and gloom information in the past few months about a crashing real estate market.
Let’s look at the facts:
– We know that the interest rates will most likely still go up, which means the purchase power and pre approval now could be, with only a 1% rise, 50k less next month.
– We also know that roughly since the beginning of this year prices have dropped about 10k per month (some areas more, some areas less)
This means that the market really offers some great opportunities right now.
