Spring Working Bees at The Gorge
August 26, 2025 – 8:00 am – 5:00 pm NZST
Come and join us at one of our Spring Working Bees at The Gorge! We’re going to make sure that everything is ready to go before we kick off the season again for 2025. The trails are looking great already and will be amazing after a rake and groom!

Friday 5th September – OPENING DAY
The details:
Meet at 8.30 at the Gorge.
Bring a packed lunch, footwear for walking on trails while grooming and your favourite rake or trail tool if you have one.
The tasks will be walking and clearing trails using a rake or a backpack blower and cutting vegetation back where required.
Not interested in trail work? We’d love a hand to give our lodges a spring clean too!
A BBQ and refreshment will be supplied at the end of the day-mid to late afternoon.
