NMTBC Cross Country Series – Race one

The NMTBC Cross Country series is a great event for first time racers, families and those who are cross country gurus! The course/number of laps will be adjusted for different age participants. Please register on-line before 3:00pm the day prior to racing.

Race One – Race the new purpose built XC loop in Groom Creek – Maitai Valley. This is club racing at its best. A brand new course that’s never been ridden! We’re so excited to see stage one of the XC course in action. The full course isn’t finished but this fantastic hand built section is and we’d love to see you there.

Meet: Meet at the carpark just before the Maitai Camping Ground, on Maitai Valley Road. You’ll bike to the start line from here (about 800m). Sign in will be at the start area on Groom Creek road, continue biking up the road until you find us. Please note: there are no toilets on site.

Entry fee paid on the day in cash only: $20 for NMTBC members, $40 maximum per family. E-bikes welcome, not eligible for trophy prizes.
