It’s back! The Mammoth Enduro returns for 2026 and the team are ready to deliver a Mammoth weekend of racing on Nelson’s finest trails. Get ready for an unforgettable day on the trails with big terrain, technical descents, and a selection of Nelson’s most iconic tracks, all close to the heart of the city. This year’s course will feature at least 5 timed stages, some shuttle support, at least lots of climbing, and a full weekend of fun—whether you’re chasing the podium or just in it for the ride.
We’re expecting a sell out field featuring some of New Zealand’s top Enduro riders. Be in quick with your entries to secure your spot.
This is a Grade 5 & 6 Enduro and is is only suitable for people who have experience & skills to race comfortably at this level. Full face helmets please. If you have other protective wear then please wear it.

*16 is the minimum age however we will have exceptions that will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Age is calculated as of 31st December 2027. We need to use the end of 2027 as this will be part of the 2026/27 New Zealand Enduro Series.
*Ebikes are limited to one charge per day
Withdrawals
Withdrawals received by 5pm Friday 23 October will be refunded, less a $25 administration fee. There will be no refunds after 24 October. Email us at info@nelsonmtb.club if you need to withdraw.
Transfer of entry
You are able to transfer your entry to another participant up until 31 October 2026. Email info@nelsonmtb.club
Event Cancellation
The race will run rain or shine but under extreme weather the course maybe be altered, or in exceptional circumstances, or for a reason beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel the event. We will do our best to refund you, but 100% refund is not guaranteed.
