Saturday 17th August – 10am until 1pm
Join us at the second DH dig day this winter. This time we’ll be giving Broken Axe some love. Some major repair work will be completed by club contractors prior to the dig, so all you’ll need to do is put the final touches on so that this much loved trail can be enjoyed again. The more people who come and help the better we can make the trail!
Meet at Waitarake (formally Sharlands) carpark at 10am. Bring suitable footwear, gloves, water and snacks. The dig will be followed by sausage sizzle.
Sunday 18th August – from 10am
On Sunday 18th August we will be holding a club shuttle day on Broken Axe. $50 – five runs ($40 for everyone who comes to the Dig Day on 17th). This is a NMTBC members only shuttle day so please make sure your membership is up to date. The club shuttle day is a non racing event, there will not be medics or marshals on the trail. Under 16 year old’s must have a supervising adult on site. Limited seats available. Bring cash on the day.
