NTMBC AGM – Monday 11th April – 7pm at Waahi Taakaro Golf Course on Maitai Valley Road
Come and join as at the NMTBC AGM, a chance to get together with our riding community, find out what’s been going on and what is planned for the next year. The NMTBC executive is after a couple of new members, this is an INCREDIBLE opportunity to be part of a team promoting and growing recreation in Whakatū-Nelson.
NOTICES
- The NMTBC executive committee is calling for written nominations for new executive members. Please email nominations to info@nelsonmtb.club by 21st March. We are specifically after new executive members with expertise in finance, marketing or legal roles. Nominations must be made with the consent of the nominee.
- If the executive receives more than two candidate nominations for the executive roles then the candidate information will be shared with members by 4th April, also advising of who the executive supports. The outcome will be decided by a vote at the AGM.
- The NMTBC executive committee is calling for motions for consideration at the AGM. Please email motions to info@nelsonmtb.club by 16th March.
